Upon arrival in Chongqing, a professional staff member will meet you at the airport and transfer you to the hotel for check-in. After checking in, you are free to explore Chongqing’s shopping districts or popular attractions on your own. Please take care of your personal safety and belongings, as there is no guide accompanying you on this day.
Chongqing, also known as Ba or Yu, is a major city in China, famous for its mountains, hot springs, and as an important transportation hub.

After breakfast, head to Wulong Fairy Mountain (at least 1.5 hours of sightseeing; optional small train ride ¥25). This national geological and forest park, located in the eastern Wuling Mountains of Chongqing, has an altitude of 2,033 meters. It features 330,000 acres of forest and 100,000 acres of natural grassland. With a summer average temperature of 22°C, it is praised as the “First Pasture in the South” and the “Eastern Switzerland” for its unique mountain grasslands and beautiful forest landscapes.
Next, visit the Three Natural Bridges Scenic Area (ticket included, about 2 hours). Famous for its stunning “Three Bridges with Two Pits” landscape, it is home to the world’s largest group of natural bridges and the second-largest sinkhole group. The sheer scale and beauty of the site are breathtaking. It was also the only outdoor filming location for Zhang Yimou’s 2006 movie Curse of the Golden Flower, where you can see the Tang Dynasty post house built for the film.

After breakfast, visit Jiuli City, a popular tourist spot with the largest Miao ethnic buildings in China. Here, you’ll see the Nine Gates, Jiuli Palace, and the impressive Jiuli Totem Pillar, which is the tallest Miao totem in the world. You can also learn about Miao cultural crafts like papermaking and wax printing. Daily performances include interactive shows and a live performance about the Miao ancestor, Chiyou.
Next, enjoy a cruise on the Wujiang Gallery, a beautiful scenic area that combines nature, history, and local culture. It’s located between Chongqing and Guizhou Province, featuring stunning views along the Wujiang River. After your visit, head to Lichuan for the night.

After breakfast, we will head to Zhuoshui Ancient Town, a national 5A-level tourist attraction that located in Qianjiang District, Chongqing, the scenic area includes famous spots like Zhuoshui Ancient Town, Puhua Underground River, and Puhua Leisure Agricultural Experience Park.
Zhuoshui Ancient Town is renowned for its Tujia stilted buildings and Hui-style architecture, with the most iconic feature being the riverside stilted buildings, which have stood for over 200 years. Visitors can walk along the 658-meter-long Fengyu Covered Bridge, a wooden architectural marvel acclaimed as the “World’s No.1 Covered Bridge,” which gracefully spans the Apeng River.
The Puhua Underground River boasts breathtaking karst formations, including the Thousand-Terrace Fields and Dripping Lotus Flower, which highlight nature’s artistry. Visitors can enjoy a scenic boat tour through the mystical underground river.

Start your day at Mingguo Street, where you can see old buildings from the Republic of China period and visit a filming location for the movie “1942.” You can also join a Costume Show (optional, 68 CNY) to dress in period clothing and stroll through the street. Next, walk along the Mountain City Trail, a path that combines history with modern design. Then, explore Zhongshan Fourth Road, known as one of the most beautiful streets in Chongqing. After that, enjoy delicious food at Bayi Food Street, a popular spot for local cuisine. Visit Changjiang International, famous for being the birthplace of the TFBOYS boy band, which is a favorite among fans. At the Little Bear Market, you can find tasty snacks and handmade crafts. Finally, head to the City Sky Canopy Leisure and Sightseeing Tower on Nanbin Road, where you can take in amazing views of the city and the Yuzhong Peninsula.

Start your day at Chongqing Zoo to see the famous giant panda, “Yukeyu Ai.” The zoo has 10 areas and over 4,000 animals, including rare species like the South China tiger.
Next, visit Ciqikou Ancient Town, a historic street by the Jialing River, known for its delicious local food.
For dinner, enjoy Nanshan Music Hotpot, where you can eat hotpot while listening to music and watching a Sichuan opera face-changing performance, all while enjoying the night view of Nanshan.
Finish your day at Hongya Cave, beautifully lit at night, with a stunning view of the bridges and neon lights reflecting on the water. You can also take a Two Rivers Night Cruise (optional, 158 CNY) to see the unique night scenery of Chongqing.

Enjoy some free time before your return journey. Depending on your departure time, you’ll be transferred to the airport. Please note that hotel check-out is at noon, so plan accordingly if you need to store your luggage.
